The Firm's litigation team,
chaired by Mr. Víctor R. Rodríguez Fuentes handles a variety
of general civil and commercial litigation before the Puerto Rico Courts
and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
It is composed by highly trained and skillful attorneys that have a well
earned reputation for being highly successful in litigation at the federal
and state courts.
The litigation team works closely with our clients advising and providing
support at an early stage of the controversies in order to avoid litigation
or prepare for litigation in a cost-effective and result-oriented manner.
When litigation is necessary in light of the best interests of our clients,
our attorneys handle the matter with great assertiveness, skill and professionalism.
The litigation team works closely with other law firms with expertise
in specialized areas such as corporate, taxes and telecommunications.
Our attorneys frequently advise and provide litigation support to them
through the different stages of the litigation process.
Our attorneys have extensive appellate experience before the Puerto Rico
Circuit Court of Appeals, the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and the United
States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. This experience includes
brief preparation and oral argumentation.
